PAELLA PANS

Firstly the paella, we have two sizes of pans, 30 and 50 portion, with what ever combination of ingredients you may choose.
These are:

•        seafood (KING PRAWNS, MUSSELS, PRAWNS, SQUID, WHITEFISH, COCKLES)
•        chicken, chorizo or veggie.

Standard ingredients that go in all pans are onions, garlic, paprika, saffron, stock and rice and roasted peppers, so that the
paella,s can be made of combinations or individual items.

some alternatives to paella:



  •  chicken with noodles and black bean sauce,
  • cajun chicken,
  •  thai green curry,
  •  saute of beef with mange tout and pink
    pepper corns, ,
  • medley of seafood with saffron and garlic,
  • traditional seafood paella,
  • veggie paella, chickpea,
  •  rosemary and tomato casserole,
  • chiili con carni,
  • chicken tikka masala,
  • fillet of beef stroganoff,
  • asparagus and wild mushroom rissotto

paells pans.
